1. Controller and contact

2. Scope and data
This notice covers site visits, the contact form, event enquiries and public-event booking requests. A form may contain a name, phone number, e-mail, date, party size and text entered by the visitor.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Enquiry data is used to respond and take the steps requested by the visitor. The necessary privacy preference and reCAPTCHA security check support the site and its public forms; analytics, marketing and external media are used only with consent.
4. Retention
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to answer or handle the request, resolve possible claims, and meet applicable legal obligations. No automated deletion is claimed.
5. Recipients and transfers
Authorised hosting, e-mail and booking providers may process data. Google reCAPTCHA processes security signals when a public booking form is submitted; Google analytics, advertising and embedded Maps receive data only with the matching consent. Google's international transfer safeguards may apply.
6. Google services
Google reCAPTCHA v3 runs as a necessary security service when a public table or event booking is submitted and checks the action name, risk score and hostname; form-field contents are not added to the reCAPTCHA request. GTM does not load before analytics or marketing consent. GA4 and any advertising measurement operate only if they are later published through GTM and the matching consent has been granted. Names, phone numbers, e-mails, comments, booking references and form values are never sent to those measurement services. Embedded Maps requires external-media consent.
7. Choices and withdrawal
All optional categories are off initially. Footer settings can be reopened to change or withdraw a choice. Access to the site does not depend on optional consent.
8. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, or object to processing. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate at aki.ee.
9. Website terms
Site content is general information; menus, prices, hours and events may change. Third parties control external links. Materials must not be used in a way that infringes rights or disrupts the service.
10. Changes
A material policy or category-version change asks for a new choice. The updated date will appear at the top of this page.
