IMPORTANT! In our restaurant you can order steaks with the following doneness:

  • rare at 39°- 42° – fried on top, inside red bloody meat
  • medium rare at 43°- 46°– bloody meat, reddish inside
  • medium at 47°- 50° – medium cooked meat, pink inside
  • medium well at 51°- 56° – almost cooked meat, light pink and juicy inside
  • well done at 60° – cooked, meat juiciness degree is a little lower from those mentioned above

The cooks determine doneness with a thermometer. Meat weight is given to raw meat.

Our shashliks are not similar to traditional shashliks. We marinate them for 10 minutes in vacuum and cook in “Josper” charcoal oven. The result is a juicy meat!

Children’s menu in our restaurant is based on the traditions, it is simple and also favourable for children. We use the best indigents with minimal flavours. All dishes are slightly flavoured and without preservatives. Children also like most of the dishes included in our general menu. Besides, you can always ask our waitresses to cook a suitable meal for your child containing the indigents available in our kitchen.
